Michelle M. Berry is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in nonprofit

management, social services, and community development. She holds a Master of Science in

Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social

Work from Cleveland State University. She also completed the prestigious NGE Leadership

Fellowship at Harvard Business School.

As the President of Create Grace, LLC, Michelle partners with organizations and corporations

to enhance leadership development, community engagement, and social impact using

creativity and craft skills. Create Grace incorporates hands-on craft activities into a training

workshop to significantly enhance engagement, foster collaboration, and facilitate deeper

learning. Craft-making naturally encourages creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork,

making it an ideal vehicle for developing both technical and soft skills. She specializes in

strategic planning, program capacity building, and stakeholder collaboration to drive

meaningful change in underserved communities.

A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Michelle has presented at global conferences,

including the International Federation of Settlement Houses and the National Association of

Social Workers. She has also authored training modules for professional organizations.
